Challenge
As a junior motion designer at Ipsos, I joined a high-stakes project: visualizing insights from a client experience study conducted for BlackRock. The goal was to translate research findings into a compelling, easy-to-understand video.
Goal
To create an engaging training video for BlackRock employees that clearly communicates key principles of client service—ease, value, and empathy—based on Ipsos' research insights.
Solution
I collaborated with an external illustrator who delivered a unique, stylized art direction—minimal, metaphorical, and color-limited. My role focused on bringing those visuals to life through clean, expressive motion. I loved how visual metaphors supported abstract ideas and made the content more relatable. This project still stands out as a formative experience in transforming research into narrative-driven motion design.
