Triple Walk
From Motion Design to Full 3D Generalist
Challenge
After finishing Cinema 4D Ascent at School of Motion, I felt the hunger to push further. The course was intense, but I knew I needed a broader skillset to truly grow. I wanted more than motion—I wanted the full 3D experience.
Goal
Become a well-rounded 3D generalist. Learn the complete pipeline: modeling, rigging, animating, simulating, lighting and rendering. No shortcuts. Just real progress.
Solution
I jumped into the “3D Generalist” course. From modeling a character from scratch to rigging with Xpresso, animating a walk cycle, and finishing with cloth simulation and lighting. I also explored Marvelous Designer to create realistic clothing, adding more life to the character. On top of that, I had fun playing with sound—using old school hip-hop, vaporwave, and cartoon-style music to give the animation extra vibe and personality. This course gave me the full picture—and the skills to bring any 3D idea to life.
